in conjunction with the coal dust program we're starting a center for
criminal justice

we r are moving them into our gymnasium here
and providing them hands-on training with the medical kit the trauma kit
that their worst day will receive in carry with them
as they perform their duties so this is equipping officers now
with the ability to apply a that this could be
